Under The Walls of Olite
As an impromptu add-on to the Navarra wine tour
our hosts managed to squeeze in a short visit to the Castle of Olite
. Nothing in depth, just a stroll under the walls and a quick head-poke into the palace (which is now a parador). A couple of photographs and we were back on the coach heading for another wine tasting.
So for this weeks Wednesday photo three shots taken ‘under the walls of Olite’; the entrance to the Church of Santa Maria, some battlements and the church bell tower (which I’ve converted to black and white) and finally a slightly desaturated line of drying clothes. The church entrance looks out on to a little square; with this house just to oneside.
