Swanage Groyne

By Andrew Barrow In Wednesday Photo Shot
From not very promising beginnings – the tide was out, the sky quite grey and uninspiring and the inspiration lacking – I think I’ve eked out a passable image for this weeks Wednesday Photo. Like on many beaches across the UK, Swanage beach is lined with these seaweed encrusted groynes. I took several photos during this opening session of our Ocean Capture workshop weekend but frankly didn’t have a clue as to what to do with them… it was only on returning home and playing about in photoshop that I realised this photo might just be passable.

Passable… very passable… ๐Ÿ˜‰ Love the horizontals and verticals, and the fantastic sense of perspective!
